Braidwood Food Company, has been named a Show Champion at the prestigious Sydney Royal Fine Food Show just three years after the business was destroyed by bushfires. Chef Tim Wimborne, who was awarded triple gold medals at the country’s premier pasta competition, won the highest score of any pasta, in any category, for the past decade that the show has been publishing results.
